This seasoning is made from the ingredients left after fermenting and straining Fire Cider (onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, black peppercorn, cayenne peppers, horseradish, lemon slices, oregano leaf and nettle leaf) which has been ground with sea salt. Enjoy on meat, vegetables, anything that needs a little zing!
