Lactation Tea

Lactation Tea  8 oz.

Ingredients:  Raspberry Leaf, Nettle Leaf, alfalfa leaf, fenugreek seed, chamomile flowers, dandelion leaf, Dried Ginger, and fennel seed

Usage: To 2 cups of water, add 1-2 tablespoons of tea and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain well and enjoy. Feel free to make larger quantities (A gallon of water to ½ cup of herbs) and keep in the refrigerator to drink throughout the day.
